To celebrate UK National Burger Day, Lidl is giving away 1,000 free burgers with all the trimmings

Sun’s out, bun’s out! In celebration of UK National Burger Day, Lidl is giving away 1,000 free burgers. The offer, which will see 250 vouchers worth £10 being dished out, comes following the revelation that the average price of one fast food meal can actually feed a family of four the same meal at Lidl – talk about a ‘propper’saving!

Bagging a burger can be costly, as the average price for a burger meal at fast food chains nationwide can cost Brits up to nearly a tenner for a single burger bundle. Lidl’s price comparison reveals that hungry shoppers don’t have to fork out for quality, and can get the same bundle for four, for up to £7 less per person.

With absolutely bun-believable savings, totalling just £9.42 for a family of four, the bundle includes the soft Deluxe Brioche Burger Buns (£1.05), ready for stacking Birchwood 4 Beef Quarter Pounder Burgers (£2.49) inside, alongside all the freshest fillings, including juicy tomatoes and refreshing mixed leaf lettuce.

The succulent sides are all also included in the price, from a portion of flavoursome Harvest Basket French Fries (£1.35) to a thirst-quenching bottle of Freeway Cola (£0.49).

Brits looking for burger bliss can enter to win the voucher giveaway by emailing their name and postal address to competition@lidlbargainking.co.uk from 8AM 19th August to 23:59PM 23rd August to be in with a chance of winning.

Lidl’s bargain burger meal products are available separately in stores nationwide now.
