GAIL’s launches expansion onto Uber Eats

Modern café GAIL’s has announced a new partnership with Uber Eats, expanding its delivery footprint and making their freshly baked bread, pastries, and specialty coffee more accessible than ever. The launch enables GAIL’s to scale its on-demand offering across the UK, bringing neighbourhood bakery favourites directly to homes, desks, and daily routines across the country.

The expansion comes as morning delivery habits continue to accelerate across the UK. Breakfast took the crown as the fastest-growing mealtime on Uber Eats in the UK last year, with app searches for coffee also more than doubling (+150%) in 2025 as consumers looked for convenient ways to jumpstart their day.

By joining forces with Uber Eats, GAIL’s is positioning itself at the centre of this surging morning demand – giving more bread fans and craft coffee lovers effortless access to their daily pick-me-ups.

The menu, now available on the Uber Eats app at select stores , features GAIL’s most-loved signature creations – including famous cinnamon buns, freshly baked sourdough breads, flaky croissants, and hand-crafted savoury pastries – alongside its signature house-blend specialty coffees.

Tom Molnar, Co-Founder and CEO at GAIL’s, said: “GAIL’s is a modern craft bakery with a mission to feed more people better. Through our partnership with Uber Eats, we’re making it easier for more people to enjoy the bread, pastries and specialty coffee we’re known for, wherever they are. We’re committed to staying true to the values that define GAIL’s: exceptional baking, quality ingredients and serving our communities through the neighbourhood bakery experience, both in our bakeries and beyond.”

Merve Basci, UK General Manager at Uber Eats, said: “GAIL’s is an iconic modern staple for many neighbourhoods, and we’re thrilled to bring their world-class bakery offering to Uber Eats users up and down the country. With morning orders and coffee searches soaring across our platform last year, partnering with GAIL’s allows us to elevate our offering with top-tier artisan food and specialty drinks. We’re excited to help GAIL’s reach new customers and make those everyday morning cravings even easier to satisfy.”
