PAUL BakeryAutumn has arrived at PAUL and it’s looking delicious. The artisan French bakery is welcoming the season with a new line-up of treats, from an indulgent Tiramisu Millefeuille to a warming Crème Brûlée Latte. Available now across all 31 PAUL stores in London, Oxford and Reading, it’s time to settle into the cosiest season of the year, one sweet treat at a time.
SWEET TREATS
Tiramisu Millefeuille (from £5.30 for a slice / from £35 for a larger cake)
Crisp French millefeuille pastry meets classic Italian tiramisu, marrying coffee with creme patisserie, mascarpone Chantilly, a sweet apricot glaze and a dusting of cocoa powder layered in the classic millefeuille style. Head in store for a slice on the go, or order online for a larger sharing centrepiece.
Cherry & Pistachio Éclair (from £5.25)
Éclair lovers, this one’s for you. PAUL’s new creation elevates the classic choux, combining a tart whole fruit cherry jam filling with pistachio pastry cream and white chocolate pistachio fondant.
Dubai Raspberry Cake Slice (from £5.35 / from £46 for a larger cake)
Giving the viral Dubai chocolate trend a fruity twist, PAUL’s Dubai Raspberry Cake Slice layers chocolate sponge cake and smooth pistachio buttercream with crispy Dubai chocolate and raspberry jelly, decorated with tart freeze-dried raspberry pieces.
Red Fruits & Fig Cheesecake (£36, serves 6-8)
The perfect centrepiece for autumn dinner parties, this classic cheesecake is topped with apricot glaze and abundance of seasonal fruits, including figs, black grapes, red currants, pomegranate seeds and beautiful sprigs of rosemary.
HOT DRINKS
Crème Brûlée Latte (from £4.95)
Inspired by the iconic French dessert, the Crème Brûlée Latte combines warming coffee with nostalgic vanilla custard flavours for an indulgent autumnal sip.
Maple Pecan Matcha Latte (from £4.95)
For matcha fans, PAUL brings together earthy matcha with the sweet, nutty flavours of maple and pecan for a comforting seasonal take on the much-loved drink.
Cherry or Maple Pecan Hot Chocolate (from £5.35)
PAUL’s classic hot chocolate gets an autumnal upgrade with a choice of two new flavours: indulgent Morello Cherry or sweet and nutty Maple Pecan, perfect for keeping cosy on cooler days.
Hibiscus Green Tea (from £3.50)
Tea season has finally arrived, with Hibiscus Green Tea offering a warming and revitalising sip to ward off colder weather – topped with edible flowers.
NEW COFFEE: CODE.194
From 15th October, PAUL Le Café stores (St Pancras, Three Quays and Tottenham Court Road) will introduce Code.194 – 100% Arabica single-origin coffee from Guatemala. Every cup supports the families of coffee growers in the region through a ‘coffee kindergarten’ scheme, developed in partnership with local NGOs. Locally roasted in South London, it is available for a 30p upgrade at Le Café stores.
