Tom Parker Creamery’s new Golden Milk is coming to the supermarket milk aisle

Tom Parker CreameryTom Parker Creamery is expanding its growing portfolio of added-value whole milks with the launch of Golden Milk, a new gently spiced whole milk drink made with turmeric, cinnamon, honey and black pepper.
Developed for those seeking out natural products to support holistic health and wellness, Golden Milk features turmeric, which contains curcumin, a naturally occurring plant compound known to help reduce inflammation and support healthy liver function.  Turmeric is paired with warming cinnamon, a spice associated with aiding digestion and a healthy metabolism.
Believed to be a UK category first the 500ml ready-to-drink Golden Milk will launch into Waitrose and Ocado from 21 October, joining Tom Parker Creamery’s Vitamin-Enriched Whole Milk and Bedtime Milk as the Somerset creamery continues to carve out a distinctive position in added-value and functional dairy drinks.
Made with free-range British whole milk, Golden Milk takes inspiration from the traditional turmeric-based Indian drink haldi doodh – literally “turmeric milk” – which combines warm milk with turmeric and has long been enjoyed in South Asia. Golden milk has grown in popularity driven by increasing consumer interest in natural ingredients, botanicals and food and drink associated with health and wellbeing.
The launch builds on a wider consumer shift towards whole foods, recognisable ingredients and minimally processed products – trends that Tom Parker Creamery has increasingly placed at the heart of its proposition. Its existing added-value milk portfolio includes Vitamin-Enriched Whole Milk and Bedtime Milk, with the creamery positioning added-value dairy as an opportunity to bring new usage occasions and innovation to shake up the milk fixture.
Rob Yates, CEO of Tom Parker Creamery, said: “Consumers are increasingly looking for more from everyday food and drink, but at the same time they want products made with natural ingredients they recognise. We think dairy is brilliantly placed to respond to both trends.
“Golden Milk brings together our free-range British whole milk with turmeric, cinnamon, honey and black pepper to create something that supports wellbeing as part of a healthy lifestyle. It’s a simple, delicious drink that can be enjoyed chilled straight from the fridge or gently warmed, opening up another occasion for whole milk beyond the traditional breakfast table.”
Golden Milk follows the successful development of Tom Parker Creamery’s added-value milk range, including its Vitamin-Enriched Whole Milk and Bedtime Milk, launched in 2025. The latter helped establish the brand in functional dairy, combining whole milk with botanicals and tapping into growing consumer interest in food and drink that fits into wider wellbeing routines. Tom Parker Creamery has previously identified “adding value to the milk category” and developing milks enriched with natural ingredients as an important part of its evolving brand proposition.
The new product retains the hallmarks of the wider Tom Parker Creamery range, including British whole milk and the brand’s distinctive glass bottle packaging with recyclable paper labels.
