In a category first, Tom Parker Creamery has launched Bedtime Milk, a functional whole milk drink infused with natural botanicals to promote relaxation and improve sleep quality.  Suitable for everyone – from children over 36 months; older consumers looking to improve their sleep; to the health-conscious, seeking out products that support holistic health and wellness – Bedtime Milk answers the call with a delicious, wholesome and natural solution.

For generations, warm milk has been a trusted bedtime remedy. Now Tom Parker Creamery’s Bedtime Milk takes this tradition one step further by incorporating Chamomile, Lavender, Valerian Root, and Magnolia — botanicals renowned for their calming and sleep-enhancing properties.

  • Chamomile – one of the fastest-growing botanical flavour trends and is widely recognized for its sleep-inducing qualities.
  • Valerian Root – gaining popularity as a natural aid for improving sleep quality.
  • Lavender – known to relieve anxiety and depression.
  • Magnolia Extract – known to help reduce stress and fall asleep quicker.

Meeting the demand for health-enhancing dairy products

Comments CEO of Tom Parker Creamery, Rob Yates: “The launch of Bedtime Milk comes at a time when functional dairy drinks are outperforming the broader beverage category. Consumers are becoming more health-conscious, with a focus on longevity, weight management, illness prevention, and vitality—all of which are impacted by sleep quality.

“With an increasing interest in botanicals and functional ingredients, Bedtime Milk is set to become a staple in consumers’ nightly routines, aligning with the broader trend of health-enhancing dairy products.

“It’s the next natural extension to our functional milk products and will join our Vitamin Enriched Whole Milk, which is flying off supermarket shelves and receiving fantastic feedback from health-conscious consumers.”

Research highlights a growing need for products that support relaxation and rest:

  • 3 in 5 UK consumers cite stress as their most significant health barrier1
  • 45% recognize that going to bed early is key to reducing stress1
  • Less than two-thirds of people report regularly getting a good night’s sleep1
  • While 77% of UK consumers aim for eight hours of sleep per night, only 19% achieve it2

Presented in Tom Parker Creamery’s trademark eco-friendly 500ml glass bottles, Bedtime Milk provides a natural and effective way to help consumers unwind at the end of the day.

Tom Parker Creamery’s Bedtime Milk is available in Ocado from mid-March and from ambient and chilled speciality food distributor Cress Co https://www.thecressco.co.uk/
