AliExpress, an international online retail marketplace under Alibaba International Digital Commerce Group, will launch its 11.11 Global Shopping Festival offering the fastest delivery times to date and will feature millions of products discounted by up to 50%.

The 2023 11.11 Global Shopping Festival of AliExpress will commence at 08:00:00 GMT on 8 November – with a three-day warm up period to 07:59:59 GMT on 11 November, where ‘early bird’ consumers can browse discounts and add products to their carts to make the most of the Shopping Festival, and participate in daily draws in the app offering various products as prizes. The sale on the full selection of products will start at 08:00:00 GMT on 11 November and close at 07:59:59 GMT on 18 November. “AliExpress’ 11.11 Global Shopping Festival this year is set to be the most exciting yet, where customers will benefit from lots of new user upgrades including free shipping, free returns and faster deliveries alongside the usual great deals and discounts,” Gary Topp, European commercial director of AliExpress.

Elevated user experience through upgraded logistics and free returns

This year’s festival will focus on exceptional services to delight consumers around the world. In September, AliExpress, working in partnership with Cainiao, a global leader in e-commerce logistics, introduced ‘Five-Day Global Delivery’.

Consumers for the first time will benefit from this pioneering cross-border e-commerce logistics service in the U.K. This service guarantees delivery within five working days for items ordered from the AliExpress Choice channel, marked with a ‘5-day delivery’ label and shipped from China.

This will also be the first AliExpress 11.11 Global Shopping Festival where customers from the U.K. can enjoy free returns on one item of each order within 15 days of receiving their purchase. This policy applies to the vast majority of products, giving consumers peace of mind when shopping during AliExpress’ largest sales event of the year.

In addition, AliExpress is offering free shipping on orders from the U.K.

Platform-wide discounts

Steeper discounts will be one of the key differentiators during this year’s 11.11 shopping festival. In the U.K. will save £3 for every £15 spent to a maximum of £12 per order.

In addition, AliExpress will offer some of its best deals and most popular products on the ‘Super Deal’ channel, a one-stop shop that will feature over 10,000 products with 20 to 50% off.

The platform will also launch ‘themed product lists’ based on different seasons, festivals and cultures across different countries and regions, making it easier for consumers to find the products they want. Interested shoppers should visit the AliExpress app or website starting 8 November to check out the deals.
