Amazon expands Iceland grocery partnership nationwide

AmazonAmazon today announced that customers in cities including Belfast, Cardiff, Edinburgh and Nottingham can now shop groceries on Iceland on Amazon – with the launch in Belfast marking the first time customers can shop from Iceland on Amazon in Northern Ireland.

The expansion gives customers in new cities and surrounding areas access to a wide range of Iceland products, from fresh food to everyday essentials and household items.

The launch is part of Amazon’s expansion of partnerships with Iceland, Morrisons, and Co-op. In 2026, Amazon is on track to more than double the number of Amazon UK Prime members who have access to three or more online grocery delivery options, reaching more than 80% of UK Prime members with access to at least one grocery partner.

Millions of customers across the UK already turn to Amazon for groceries and everyday essentials. Whether it’s through Amazon.co.uk, Amazon Fresh, Whole Foods Market, or partners like Iceland, Morrisons, Co-op, and Gopuff, customers can shop from a selection of more than two million grocery and household products – from cupboard staples and fresh produce to cleaning and beauty items, all delivered quickly and at great value. This expansion follows the recent launch of Amazon Now delivering thousands of groceries and household essentials in about 30 minutes or less to customers in eligible London postcodes.

“We’re continually working to give customers more choice, value and flexibility in how they shop for groceries,” said Russell Jones, director of Amazon Grocery Partnerships. “More customers across the UK can now choose from a wide range of Iceland groceries and household essentials, with a range of convenient, fast delivery options.”

Tarsem Dhaliwal, CEO of Iceland Foods, added: “This extension of our partnership with Amazon means that we can serve even more communities nationwide with Iceland’s quality products, all with the convenience of Amazon’s shopping experience. For Northern Ireland in particular, we’re proud to be the first grocery partner to offer a service like this through Amazon’s platform.”

Customers in eligible cities and the surrounding areas can now:

  1. Shop thousands of Iceland products directly through Amazon.co.uk or the Amazon app.

  2. Choose convenient delivery options, including Same-Day and Next-Day delivery.

  3. Enjoy free delivery with Prime membership on eligible orders.

Iceland on Amazon will be available at Amazon.co.uk/iceland and via the Amazon app. Customers can visit Amazon.co.uk/grocery and enter their postcode to see the grocery delivery options available in their area which include Amazon Fresh, Co-op on Amazon, Morrisons on Amazon, Iceland on Amazon and Gopuff on Amazon.
