Benefit Juice has announced the launch of its latest range of 100% fruit and vegetable juices, specially designed to support women’s health at every stage of life, including a blend tailored for menopause.

The new range is packed with essential nutrients, vitamins, and minerals to meet the unique nutritional needs of women during key phases of life – from menstruation and pregnancy through to menopause.

A highlight of the range, Benefit Menosupport®, combines berries, sour cherry, beetroot, and apple, enriched with vitamins to support normal cognitive function and hormonal balance. This nutrient-rich juice is designed to promote overall wellbeing during perimenopause and menopause.

Each juice in the range is formulated to complement a healthy diet and lifestyle, providing targeted nutritional support. Backed by science, the juices provide an excellent way to access key vitamins and minerals necessary to navigate common health challenges faced by women.

This launch reflects Benefit Juice’s commitment to creating purpose-driven products that go beyond hydration, helping women to feel their best at every stage of life.

The new range includes:

Benefit Menosupport®: Crafted with berries, sour cherry, beetroot, and apple, and enriched with vitamins to support normal cognitive function and hormonal balance, this juice offers a refreshing boost to help manage menopause symptoms.

Benefit Wellness: Designed to support women’s general health and well-being, this mango, passionfruit, and carrot blend is enriched with vitamins and minerals that can contribute to normal hormone levels.

Benefit Pregnancy:  With prune juice enriched with iron, folic acid, zinc, and essential vitamins to support pregnancy wellness. Blended with apple and ginger for a refreshing and invigorating taste, providing nourishment in a tasty way.

Gavin Cox, founder of Benefit Juice, holds over two decades of experience in the SME challenger soft drinks and food sector. Since launching the brand in 2015, it has become renowned as the leading prune juice brand in the UK, selling over 15,000 cartons weekly.

Gavin comments on the new products: “For too long, women’s health challenges have been overlooked in the food and drink market. That’s why we’ve worked hard to create this range, collaborating with leading nutritionists and women’s health experts to make juices that truly make a difference.

“Our Menosupport® juice is a key part of this vision, addressing the needs of women during this transformative life stage. We aim to change the game in the food and drink sector while educating people about the health issues women face.”

Jo Meadows, a leading nutritionist with a special interest in women’s health, and who collaborated with Benefit Juice to curate the range, commented: “These juices are an excellent choice for anyone looking to boost their intake of essential vitamins and nutrients as part of a balanced diet and healthy lifestyle.

“In my work with clients, I often help them navigate the overwhelming and sometimes conflicting nutritional advice they encounter online, ensuring they understand the vital nutrients their bodies need at different stages of life.

“I understand how challenging it can be to maintain a healthy diet amid busy routines, which is why I advocate for a ‘food first’ approach to nutrition. Prioritising whole, nutrient-rich foods is essential, but having convenient, high-quality options like Benefit Juice can play a valuable role in filling nutritional gaps when life gets hectic. It’s all about making small, sustainable choices that support long-term health.”

Benefit Juice has also partnered with Bounty, an organisation that supports families on the journey through each stage of early parenthood, CoppaFeel!, a breast cancer awareness charity and GenM Collective, the creators of ‘MTick’, the world’s first universally-recognised symbol to signal menopause-friendly products.

The new range of Benefit Menosupport® along with Benefit Pregnancy and Benefit Wellness juices launch exclusively into the chilled aisle in over 400 Tesco stores in the first week of May, rolling out to other retailers in late summer.

MRSP £4.30 per 750ml bottle.

A six-pack of 330ml juices is available to purchase directly from the Benefit Juice website for £19.50 (£3.25 per bottle) plus delivery.
