Benefit Juice launches new menopause range

Benefit JuiceBenefit Juice has launched an innovative new juice: Benefit Menosupport®, as part of a range of three women’s health juices. It’s a 100% fruit and vegetable juice designed to support women navigating the often-overlooked challenges of menopause.

This science-backed juice blends berries, sour cherry, beetroot, and apple with key vitamins to help support hormonal balance, cognitive function, and overall wellbeing during this pivotal life stage.

With an estimated 15.5 million menopausal women in the UK and 1 billion globally, the menopause market is underserved by effective support and products. GenM’s Invisibility Report highlights that most women feel unsupported during menopause, with only 51% able to name more than three of the 48 possible symptoms. The report also reveals that women currently experiencing menopause prioritise manageable solutions such as supplements and vitamins (44%) to help alleviate symptoms.

Nutritionist Jo Meadows, who worked with Benefit Juice to curate the range, adds: “Menopause is a transformative stage of life, and finding simple, effective ways to support your well-being is key. Benefit Menosupport® makes it easy to boost your nutrient intake, offering a high-quality, convenient solution that fits seamlessly into a balanced diet and healthy lifestyle.

“I understand how challenging it can be to maintain a healthy diet amid busy routines, which is why I advocate for a ‘food first’ approach to nutrition. Prioritising whole, nutrient-rich foods is essential, but having convenient, high-quality options like Benefit Juice can play a valuable role in filling nutritional gaps when life gets hectic. It’s all about making small, sustainable choices that support long-term health.”

Benefit Juice’s founder, Gavin Cox, explains the motivation behind the launch: “Women’s health challenges, particularly during menopause, have been neglected for far too long. At Benefit Juice, we’re committed to making an impact by creating purpose-driven products in collaboration with leading nutritionists.

“Benefit Menosupport® isn’t just another juice; it’s a product designed to meet the specific nutritional needs of women experiencing menopause. With its powerful ingredients and targeted vitamins, it supports hormonal balance, cognitive function, and overall wellbeing.”

GenM’s research underscores the need for better awareness, education, and products tailored to menopausal women. Many women enter menopause while juggling careers, dependents, and ageing parents, making time for self-care a challenge. There is significant demand for improved solutions across nutrition, feminine care, beauty, and wellness products.

By addressing these gaps, Benefit Juice is joining the movement to normalise conversations around menopause and offer meaningful support to women during this life stage.

Benefit Juice has also partnered with Bounty, an organisation that supports families on the journey through each stage of early parenthood, CoppaFeel!, a breast cancer awareness charity and GenM Collective, the creators of ‘MTick’, the world’s first universally-recognised symbol to signal menopause-friendly products.

The new range of Benefit Menosupport® along with Benefit Pregnancy and Benefit Wellness juices launch exclusively into the chilled aisle in over 400 Tesco stores in the first week of May, rolling out to other retailers in late summer.

A six-pack of 330ml juices is available to purchase directly from the Benefit Juice website for £19.50 (£3.25 per bottle) plus delivery.
