Bensons for Beds has strengthened its executive team with the appointment of Nick Thomas as chief customer officer, supporting the next phase of the company’s long-term growth plans.
In this newly created role Thomas will lead the marketing and digital teams and will also become managing director of the Eve SleepFiona direct-to-consumer business for Bensons for Beds.
His focus will include growing the customer base, digital performance and creating a more seamless omnichannel experience across online and stores.
Thomas joins Bensons after a successful period as CEO of Blinds2go and has previously held senior roles at Holland & Barrett, Travis Perkins and The Works.
