Brockmans Gin’s dark berry and citrus notes make it a natural fit for winter drinking

Brockmans Gin is the super-premium gin brand known for its smooth liquid profile and refusal to play by the rules of the category, self-styled as The Properly Improper Gin. Its portfolio spans Brockmans Intensely Smooth, Brockmans Orange Kiss and Brockmans Agave Cut.

Founded by Neil Everitt in 2008, Brockmans set out to break gin’s unwritten rules, swapping the expected for the unexpected, and traditional botanicals for something a little darker. Brockmans Intensely Smooth brings together juniper and citrus botanicals including lemon peel, orange peel, coriander seed and cassia bark with blackcurrants, blueberries and hawthorn berries, while Orange Kiss introduces Valencian orange and citrus alongside Brockmans’ own triple sec recipe. Agave Cut takes the portfolio in a different direction, combining Brockmans Gin with a premium Mexican agave spirit from Jalisco and pink grapefruit.

The brand takes its name from the historic distilling term ‘Brook Man’, referring to the person responsible for managing the clean water supply into a distillery. Today, Brockmans is one of the largest independent super-premium brands in the world, selling more than half a million bottles annually across over 40 countries.

Brockmans became B Corp certified in 2023 and has been carbon assessed since 2020. In 2024, the brand introduced a lightweight bottle using 30% less glass than its competitive set on average and containing 51% post-consumer recycled content, reducing emissions across production and transport.

Across the portfolio, Brockmans has received multiple industry accolades, including Gold at The Spirits Business Gin Masters in 2020 and 2021 and Platinum at the SIP Awards in 2021 for Brockmans Intensely Smooth, as well as Gold at the Global Gin Masters in 2023 for Brockmans Orange Kiss.

Brockmans is available direct via brockmansgin.com and is also stocked in Waitrose, Ocado, Tesco, Morrison’s and Sainsbury’s, as well as in bars and restaurants across more than 40 countries worldwide.

RRP is £36 for Brockmans Intensely Smooth and £34 for Brockmans Orange Kiss. Brockmans Agave Cut is released in strictly small-batch quantities.
