CHOPSTIX, the UK’s favourite noodle bar, has announced it will be reopening its refurbished store in Castle Court Shopping Centre, previously a Yangtze.

To celebrate the refurbishment, Chopstix is giving away free medium boxes to the first 100 customers, along with 1000 portions of spring rolls to those who sign up online. Fans will also have the chance to win free merch and discount vouchers throughout the day.

Joining its growing number of over 140 locations nationwide, the refurbished store is set to open its doors at 11am on Monday the 14th of September, marked with a massive opening day event for eager fans.

Chopstix has quickly become one of the UK’s most popular quick service restaurants, with its focus on Asian flavour in a quick and accessible way making it a firm favourite throughout the country.

As well as takeaway classics like Sweet & Sour Chicken and Salt ‘N’ Pepper Chicken, Chopstix has a range of fresh flavours and brand favourites including Chicken Katsu Curry and the restaurant’s signature Caramel Drizzle Chicken.

Fans will also be able to order for delivery or takeaway from the new store to satisfy any cravings they have at home.

Gareth Brannigan, Head of New Store Openings for Chopstix, said “In each new location we refurbish, we have been blown away by the response from customers; so many people are looking for a quick, tasty and affordable option for lunch, and Chopstix is the ideal option for fresh flavours on-the-go.”

“It’s a really exciting time for our business as a whole, and we’re excited to welcome our local fans back to the store when we reopen our doors.”

The new stores and refurbishments this year, build on a strong 2025 that saw 17 new store openings and refurbishments across the UK, including Leeds, Huddersfield and Hull, as well as the launch of the new Chopstix 3.0 concept in Bridgend.

The Chopstix store will be located at Unit FCK04, Castlecourt Shopping Centre, Royal Avenue, Belfast, BT1 1DD
