Co-op rolls out new ‘Too Good To Waste’ scheme across stores, offering members 50% off its loose in-store bakery range* after 6pm, every day.
The new initiative, which is designed to reduce food waste and offer added value to Co-op Members, is now running across the retailer’s in-store bakery range from 6pm every day and is available across all loose and unpackaged items. Some of the delicious, baked products include All Butter Croissants, Bakery Cinnamon Swirls as well as classic bread rolls and baguettes*.
Charlotte Waring, Co-op buyer, said: “As a convenience retailer, we know that we’re there for those little shops at the end of the day, and our new Too Good To Waste initiative is a simple way to help our members save while also reducing food waste – so everyone can enjoy delicious bakery treats and do their bit for the planet. Whether it’s a croissant, cinnamon swirl, or a classic bread roll, there’s something for everyone to love at half price.”
