Costa Coffee, the Nation’s Favourite Coffee Shop, is delighted to announce that its newly upgraded store at London Heathrow Terminal 4 Arrivals has re-opened.

This investment reflects Costa Coffee’s commitment to offering customers an exceptional experience, whether they’re on their way to their destination or just passing through. The newly designed store combines a modern aesthetic with cutting-edge features, providing customers with a more seamless and enjoyable experience as they travel through one of the world’s busiest airports.

The refurbishment introduces a contemporary look, featuring a fresh and stylish store layout, sophisticated display areas, and touch screen ordering systems for a quicker and more efficient service. With a focus on speed of service, convenience, and comfort, Costa Coffee aims to provide passengers with a relaxing stop after their flight.

Boasting a modern interior with comfortable seating and new furniture, the redesigned store provides the ideal spot to unwind after a long flight. Whether visitors are looking to relax with their favourite Costa coffee, enjoy a light bite, or simply recharge before heading to their next destination, the refreshed store is designed to cater to every need.

For those looking to power up before their next journey, the London Heathrow Terminal 4 Arrivals store now offers plenty of charging points, ensuring travellers can keep their devices ready for their onward travels.

The store has also expanded its offering with a range of freshly baked pastries, baked first thing in the morning and throughout the day, ensuring customers can enjoy a delicious treat alongside their favourite coffee.

Armend Xhema, area manager, Costa Coffee, commented: “We’re thrilled to unveil our newly refreshed store at London Heathrow Terminal 4 Arrivals. This transformation reflects our commitment to providing travellers with a faster, more enjoyable coffee experience. With an inviting new design and upgraded technology to streamline service, we look forward to welcoming customers and making their arrival even smoother with their favourite Costa coffee.”

Fraser Brown, retail director at Heathrow, comments: “As one of the UK’s most recognisable coffee brands, Costa Coffee has been delivering quality and convenience to our passengers for over 16 years. The newly upgraded store enhances the passenger journey by offering a welcoming space to relax and recharge, both for those waiting to greet loved ones or travellers who’ve just arrived. The reopening reflects our continued commitment to making every journey better, through partnerships that prioritise the passenger experience.”

The London Heathrow Airport Arrivals Costa Coffee store is open 24-hours a day.
