Costa Coffee unveils refreshed store at Manchester Airport Terminal 2 – enhancing traveller experience

Costa CoffeeCosta Coffee, the Nation’s Favourite Coffee Shop, is thrilled to announce the reopening of its newly upgraded store in Manchester Airport Terminal 2.

With its exciting new upgrades, the revamped store is set to provide an enhanced coffee experience, ensuring customers enjoy a faster and more seamless service. The introduction of touchscreen ordering and dedicated collection points means travellers can grab their favourite handcrafted coffee and snacks with even greater speed and convenience.

The newly refreshed store features a modern interior, complete with comfortable furniture, offering a warm and inviting atmosphere – perfect for those looking to relax before a flight. Whether customers want to unwind with their favourite Costa coffee, grab a bite to eat, or simply fuel up before their journey, the refreshed store is the ultimate pre-flight pit stop.

To further improve service speed, the store team is expanding, welcoming nine new team members to ensure every customer is served efficiently.

Kate Stirling, area manager, Costa Coffee, comments: “We’re so excited to re-open our refreshed store, offering an elevated customer experience. With a fresh and welcoming atmosphere, plus new technology to speed up service, we’re ready to enhance travellers’ Costa Coffee experience.”

Stephen Turner, chief commercial officer at Manchester Airport, said: “We’re proud to serve the North, connecting people with the places they want to go to and helping ensure their holiday starts at the airport. It’s great to see the new-look Costa Coffee in Terminal 2, enhancing the experience for our passengers as they enjoy a snack and a drink before they begin their getaways.”

The Manchester Airport Terminal 2 Costa Coffee store is open daily from 3am to 8pm.
