Derbion Derbion, the East Midlands’ leading retail and leisure destination, has announced that Crew Clothing has selected the shopping centre for its first location in the region.

Set to open in December, Crew Clothing has signed a lease agreement for a 1,200 sq ft unit which will become its first standalone store in the East Midlands.

Founded in Salcombe in 1993, Crew Clothing is a British lifestyle brand inspired by a love of the great outdoors. Three decades on, their signature style remains timeless, with clothing crafted for men, women and children.

Crew Clothing has become a popular UK clothing brand and has grown its presence across the country with over 100 standalone stores, concessions and outlets nationwide.

The arrival of Crew Clothing follows the recent announcement that Primark will be coming to Derbion in early 2027 as the retail destination continues to grow its fashion offering.

Earlier this year Derbion welcomed Victoria’s Secret, Seasalt, and Luke 1977, whilst customer favourites Footlocker, Pandora and Moss all invested in store upgrades.

This continued investment by Derbion retailers has helped to attract more than 15m visitors a year with the shopping centre continuing to evolve its retail, leisure and F&B options to ensure it offers a full family day out and remains in the top 20 UK retail and leisure assets.

Beth McDonald, managing director at Derbion said: “We are delighted that Crew Clothing has become the latest brand to select Derbion for its first standalone location in the East Midlands. Crew Clothing increases our fashion offering, and we expect the brand to prove popular with shoppers from across the region. This letting to Crew Clothing caps an action-packed year for Derbion as we continue to evolve our retail and leisure offering.”

Carol Kane, head of retail north from Crew Clothing, said: “We are excited to be bringing Crew Clothing to the East Midlands. In Derbion we have the perfect location to grow our footprint across the region, and we look forward to working with the Derbion team to create a best-in-class standalone store. The store will open just in time for the festive season, and customers will be able to shop our new Winter and Christmas and collections in store from opening.”
