Entry to be on the only official list that recognises the happiest companies for people to work at are open. Companies across the world are eligible to be ranked by WorkL, the employee experience platform which measures, tracks and improves employee engagement.
The annual WorkL Happiest Companies Awards have launched to celebrate companies that have consistently shown high levels of employee experience and Wellbeing.
The awards are entered by employees to nominate their organisation, no matter the size, that is going above and beyond to improve employee engagement. Employees take the anonymous WorkL Happiest Companies Test which takes just five minutes to complete. Companies that score 60% or more then qualify as a finalist and are recognised as being a happy place to work, being rewarded with Gold, Silver or Bronze status. Organisations also receive free top-line data on their employees’ workplace experience.
2022 saw over 26,000 organisations nominated and this year it’s predicted that this will increase as businesses focus their efforts more on improving employee experience. The awards close on the 6th October 2023 and winners will be announced on the 7th November 2023.
Lord Mark Price, Founder of WorkL comments on the launch; “Our awards that acknowledge employee engagement are back. Each year the awards grow as employees prioritise their happiness and experience at work and look to enter their organisation to be recognised. Our exclusive Instant Action Software ranks each organisation entered with all companies gaining a place on our list if they score over 60%. I urge employers to encourage their employees to enter to be in with a chance of being listed.”
