Stranger Things Celebration Cake

One is for the fans of the upside-down world, Finsbury has teamed up with Netflix to create a Stranger Things cake, for fans of the show who are looking forward to its fifth season, which is currently in production.

The cake features chocolate sponge with a layer of sweet filling, covered with soft icing and finished with edible decorations.

Disney Princess Celebration Cake

As a key licence focus for Disney, Finsbury has refreshed its Disney Princess cake for this year, bringing consumer-favourite Disney Princesses front and centre.

The cake features a sponge layered with jam and frosting, covered with soft icing and edible decorations. It is also nut-free and includes a sticker collar.

ASDA, Morrisons, Nevilles and Tesco from 24th April RRP £13.

Spongebob Celebration Cake

Shaped like Spongebob Squarepants, this cake is perfect for parties for fans of Bikini Bottom.

The cake features sponge layered with jam and frosting, covered with soft icing and edible decorations.

Listed in Tesco from 15th April RRP £13

Galaxy Chocolate & Caramel 5.5″

AA delicious chocolate sponge, with pockets of gooey caramel sauce, topped with chocolate frosting & chocolate buttons with a caramel drizzle.

Listed in Tesco and Sainsburys from 15th April, and ASDA from 7th April. RRP £4

Speaking on the announcement, Brand Manager for character cakes Andrew Scott commented: “Working with license partners like Netflix, Disney (Disney Princess) and Nickelodeon (Spongebob) plays a key role in our licensing strategy at Finsbury, and allows consumers to involve trending, or indeed Nostalgic, characters in their special occasions.

“In terms of trending shows, it doesn’t come much bigger than Stranger Things, which has taken the world by storm in the past few years. We’re sure fans will be getting ready for the fifth season, with this new delicious cake from Finsbury.”

Brand manager for Mars products, Chloe Scott added: “Just like Galaxy chocolates, our Galaxy cake range provides customers with an affordable, but luxurious sweet treat. The Chocolate Caramel Cake is one of our tastiest Galaxy Cakes yet, with the delicious caramel sauce injected in the middle, which is sure to be a hit with fans of Galaxy Caramel.”
