Five Guys fuels frontline heroes with new Blue Light Card discount

Five Guys - Retailer NewsFive Guys, the fast casual burger brand, has announced a new community initiative to honour the UK’s emergency services, NHS staff, social care workers and teachers. The initiative is a  10% Blue Light Card discount to say a heartfelt ‘thank you’.

Five Guys will now offer a 10% discount on the total bill to all Blue Light Card holders who present a valid voucher within their Blue Light Card app at the till all day every day.

“We are incredibly grateful for the efforts of our emergency services, NHS staff, teachers, and all those who serve our communities,” says John Eckbert, CEO at Five Guys. “This Blue Light Card discount is our way of saying thank you for their dedication and sacrifice.”

Tarun Gidoomal, chief commercial officer at Blue Light Card, said “We’re always looking for new ways to give back to the people who give so much. Whether it’s grabbing a bite after work or catching up with friends at the weekend, this partnership is about creating those small moments of enjoyment that our members deserve. We’re delighted to welcome Five Guys to the Blue Light Card community”

Blue Light Card is the UK’s leading rewards and discounts service for the emergency services, NHS, social care, and teaching community.

How to Participate:

  • Blue Light Card Discount: Present a valid Blue Light Card voucher at the till to receive 10% off your Five Guys order. This discount is only available for dine-in orders at Five Guys restaurants across the country.
  • Membership to Blue Light Card for access rewards is quick and easy. Register online at www.bluelightcard.co.uk. A card costs £4.99 and is valid for two years.
