FLANNELSFLANNELS announces the launch of “The House of Summer”; a three-week Mexican inspired womenswear showcase at its Oxford Street flagship, running from 1st May to 23rd May 2026.
Taking over the FLANNELS X basement space, the pop up introduces a fully reimagined, multi-sensory ‘resort’ environment inspired by the idyllic setting of Tulum in Mexico – designed to evoke the mood, texture, and escapism of a summer vacation. The immersive setting provides the backdrop for a curated edit of international womenswear and accessories labels, brought together exclusively for the summer season.
At the core of the pop up is a focus on discovery. The space spotlights a selection of globally sourced womenswear brands – many launching at FLANNELS for the first time – each defined by a distinct design language and a shared commitment to modern femininity, craftsmanship, materiality, and considered production.
Leading the line-up is Desierto, the Mexican accessories label available to buy in the UK exclusively at the pop up. Known for its handmade shell bags and individually handcrafted jewelled pieces, each design is crafted using local materials and traditional techniques, offering a rare opportunity for customers to access the brand beyond its native market.
The edit brings together a diverse global perspective on Resort dressing. Ukrainian designer Anna October explores fluid femininity through soft structure and movement, while LA-based Cult Gaia delivers its signature sculptural silhouettes and statement accessories.
Minimal, contemporary design is represented through Clea and Nima, whose collections centre on clean lines and understated luxury. Devon Windsor introduces a confident, beach-to-city wardrobe, complemented by the refined, travel-ready pieces of Isabel Beachwear.
Brazilian label Nau injects colour, craft, and energy into the space – while European designers including Magda Butrym, Paris Texas, and The Andamane bring a balance of romanticism, statement footwear, and modern sensuality.
Completing the curation, Uma Wang offers an artistic, textural approach shaped by Eastmeets-West influences, alongside emerging label Voranida, delivering a directional, detaildriven perspective.
Together, the selection captures the essence of Resort dressing through a global lens – blending craftsmanship, versatility, and individuality across ready-to-wear and accessories.
Natalie Dickson, head of women’s luxury brand partnerships at Frasers Group, commented: “This pop up is about creating a moment of discovery for our womenswear customers – bringing together a global mix of designers to offer a fresh perspective on femininity and escapism. Inspired by the craftsmanship behind exclusive brands like Desierto to established names within our edit, we really want the customer to experience this through our lens — bringing a sense of Tulum beach to Oxford Street, and dressing them for all summer occasions, from yacht parties to poolside drinks and weddings.”
In partnership with W1 Curates, “The House of Summer” pop up will be open from 01.05.26 – 23.05.26 exclusively at FLANNELS X Oxford Street.
