Fortnum & Mason to launch 24/7 on-demand delivery service with Zapp

Fortnum & MasonFortnum & Mason is joining the on-demand delivery movement and bringing a selection of its most popular products to customers, 24/7, available for home delivery in minutes.

Today it announces its partnership with Zapp, London’s leading 24/7 premium convenience delivery app, to make a carefully curated range of products, including its signature loose-leaf teas, renowned tea selections, biscuits and iconic hampers available for customers no matter where they live in the capital.

By partnering with Zapp, Fortnum & Mason hope to meet the changing needs of modern consumers, offering a seamless way for customers to enjoy its premium products at home, whenever they choose.

Liz Darran, Chief Brand & Creative Officer at Fortnum & Mason, said: “We are always looking for new ways to bring our products to customers in a way that complements their busy lifestyles. Partnering with leading tech brand Zapp, ensures our customers can enjoy their favourite Fortnum’s treats whenever they wish, delivered in minutes, 24/7.”

Our partnership combines the best of Zapp’s on demand 24/7 delivery with Fortnum’s heritage and quality, reflecting a shift in how premium brands now reach consumers.”

Fortnum & Mason is the first of London’s high-end stores to partner with an on demand delivery service, bringing its high-quality experience directly to customers’ homes.

In 2022, Zapp launched Zapp Boutique, an industry-first premium and luxury-focused ‘store within a store’ on the Zapp app, featuring brands such as LVMH, Antinori, Apple, Dr. Barbara Sturm, Bamford and Belvedere.

Fortnum & Mason is the latest brand to join Zapp Boutique, further expanding its premium offering. Zapp’s wider catalogue now includes over 4,500 hand-picked products, catering to a range of on-demand convenience, premium and luxury customer needs.
