Foundever™ is thrilled to announce a five-year extension of its contract with John Lewis Partnership – one of the UK’s most beloved retailers. The two firms have worked together for a remarkable 17 years, and the contract extension is a testament to the unwavering commitment of Foundever to John Lewis’s success.

With over 1,000 dedicated associates globally, Foundever provides seamless omnichannel support for the John Lewis Partnership – which entails both the John Lewis and Waitrose brands – covering voice, email, digital channels and back-office operations.
