Aldi is slashing prices on its award-winning Champagne and Prosecco

AldiThis Valentine’s Day, Aldi is playing Cupid with prices, proving that fizz doesn’t have to cost a fortune. Just in time for the most romantic day of the year, the nation’s Cheapest Supermarket is slashing the price of its award-winning fizz range.

From 8th – 14th February, shoppers can pick up Nicolas de Montbart Champagne Brut for just £9.99 (75cl) (was £13.99). This popular tipple combines Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier, resulting in a subtle elegance on the palate. Bursting with bright fruit and delicate floral notes, it’s the perfect option for Valentine’s Day celebrations.

Also stealing hearts this Valentine’s Day, Aldi’s award-winning Veuve Monsigny Champagne Brut – crowned World’s Best Champagne at the World Champagne Awards 2025[2] – will be reduced to £15.49 (75cl) (was £15.99) until 14th February. This exceptional Champagne is known for its aromas of ripe apple, soft red fruit and delicate florals – a testament to expert winemaking without the premium price tag.

Aldi is also slashing the price of its beloved Prosecco Spumante DOC to just £4.69 (75cl) (was £5.25) – making it the ultimate way to raise a toast to your Valentine without breaking the bank. From 9th – 18th February shoppers can get their hands on this beautiful bubbly, boasting a symphony of soft peach and pear flavours, intertwined with delicate notes of crisp apple peel and zesty lemon. It’s truly love at first sip. The perfect accompaniment to a romantic evening in, or as the star ingredient in a dazzling spritz cocktail that promises to sweep you (and your Valentine) off your feet!

And that’s not all; Aldi has the perfect range of fizz for Valentine’s Day:

Castellore Organico Organic Prosecco DOC (£6.99, 75cl)

This medium-bodied Prosecco features grapes that are hand-picked and gently pressed to ensure that only the highest quality juice is used.

Castellore Organico Organic Prosecco Rosé (£7.99, 75cl)

Crafted to perfection, this elegant rosé is the perfect sparkler – expect a refreshing mix of red berry flavours that complement delicate hints of citrus and acacia. This sparkling star also achieved a SILVER at the Drinks Business Global Prosecco Masters 2024.

Costellore Diamond Prosecco (£6.99, 75cl)

The elegant Diamond Prosecco dances on the palate with vibrant notes of ripe apple and pear, offering a sophisticated sparkler that’s perfect for celebrating love this Valentine’s Day.

Choice Drink Awards, it features well-balanced acidity and a complex, citrusy flavour for an alcohol-free sparkling experience.

Zerozecco (£2.99, 75cl)

For those preferring a non-alcoholic option, Aldi’s Zerozecco provides the bubbles without the alcohol. A Great Taste Award winner and recognised at the People’s Choice Drink Awards, it features well-balanced acidity and a complex, citrusy flavour for an alcohol-free sparkling experience.
