Frasers Group today announces the beginning of a new era with Frasers Group Luxury – a luxury ecosystem spanning the UK and U.S with ambitions to grow globally.

Frasers Group Luxury combines a portfolio of distinctive luxury businesses, digital capabilities, and investments with long-standing strategic brand partners at its core. Built on more than a decade of experience in the sector, and underpinned by the trust from strategic brand partners, Frasers Group Luxury represents the next phase of the Group’s luxury strategy. It combines the expertise and reach of Frasers Group with the commercial discipline that underpins the wider business.

More than a collection of retailers, Frasers Group Luxury brings together iconic UK brands FLANNELS and Harvey Nichols, alongside The Webster in the U.S., spanning two major luxury markets and creating a platform for future global growth.

●  FLANNELS was acquired by Frasers Group in 2017 and has since established itself as a leading destination for ‘New Luxury’ in the UK, with more than 80 stores across the country.

●  With the addition of The Webster in 2025, Frasers Group entered the U.S. luxury market. One year into the partnership, The Webster has strengthened the Group’s international presence, bringing together an exceptional portfolio of the world’s most sought-after luxury brands. It has also seen continued investment into The Webster’s store estate in Bal Harbour, South Beach and New York.

●  Harvey Nichols joined Frasers Group in 2026, adding one of the UK’s most recognised luxury retailers, with almost 200 years of heritage and longstanding relationships with leading global brands.

This portfolio spans different expressions of luxury retail, alongside strategic investments in the wider luxury landscape, including Mulberry, Burberry, HUGO BOSS and HULCAN’s Mile. Frasers Group Luxury is designed to support brand partners at every stage of their growth – unlocking opportunities, reaching new audiences, entering new markets and creating lasting long-term value.

Michael Murray, Frasers Group chief executive officer, commented: “Luxury has been a core pillar of Frasers Group for more than a decade, starting with FLANNELS and growing into a

profitable £1b+ luxury ecosystem in just 10 years. With over 100 stores across the UK and U.S., we’ve built the expertise, scale, and brand relationships to support our next phase of growth.

Our ambition is clear: to continue scaling Frasers Group Luxury globally through organic expansion, acquisitions, and strategic investments, creating long-term value for our brand partners, customers, and the Group.”

Julia Goddard, Harvey Nichols chief executive officer, said: “Frasers Group provides Harvey Nichols with the expertise, support, and pace to build on our heritage and shape our next chapter. Its understanding of luxury, combined with a strong operational and commercial approach, gives us the confidence to invest, evolve and build for the long term.”

Laure Heriard Dubreuil, The Webster founder, added: “As we mark one year since The Webster joined Frasers Group, I feel tremendous excitement about what lies ahead. We have already accomplished so much together, and the Group’s support is helping bring the vision I have long held for The Webster to life on a greater scale.

That momentum is taking shape in Bal Harbour, where this November we will unveil our newly renovated store as part of the Bal Harbour Shops West expansion, after calling our original location home since 2013. As we look toward our 20th anniversary, our sights are also set on renovating our iconic South Beach flagship and bringing new life to 1220 Collins Avenue, where it all began. Michael and I share a belief in the enduring value of physical retail, and that alignment gave us confidence in the partnership from the start.

I want The Webster to remain a place where time stops – where clients can discover something unexpected, receive the highest level of personal service, and enjoy exclusive products and experiences created with our brand partners. That vision extends to our growing the footprint of our partnership with renowned hair salon David Mallett, which operates within our SoHo, New York store. At the same time, the recent relaunch of our website is creating new ways to connect with clients wherever they are. Together with Frasers Group, we are building on The Webster’s strong foundation and shaping its future, in our stores and online.”

Paris Fashion Week will provide the backdrop for the first Frasers Group Luxury evening, bringing together its luxury community of key brand partners, designers, talent, industry figures and international press. The gathering reflects the breadth of the business today, from luxury retail to investment and brand partnerships and marks the beginning of its next phase of growth across the UK and U.S.
