British burger brand Honest Burgers is set to open a brand-new restaurant at Cribbs Causeway, Bristol, on 22nd January 2026, continuing the brand’s growth to over 50 restaurants nationwide. The opening marks Honest’s third location across Bristol and the Southwest, following the launch of its Cabot Circus restaurant in November 2025 and its first Bristol city centre site in 2018.
The new site will be Honest Burgers’ second retail-space opening, with a third retail space in Westfield White City opening at the beginning of February. The Cribbs Causeway launch coincides with the return of the brand’s top performing special of 2025, The Ultimate Bacon, which will be available on menus until 16th February. Created in collaboration with master butcher and curer Blackwell & Co., The Ultimate Bacon can be enjoyed with classic beef, double smashed beef, or fried chicken, and features chipotle mayo, bacon dust shoestring fries, thick cut smoked streaky bacon, double American cheese, pickles and lettuce – great for fuelling shopping with friends or family.
Other menu highlights include the original Honest burger, first launched on the menu in Brixton in 2011 served with cheddar cheese, smoked bacon and Honest’s homemade 6-hour red onion relish. Alongside the range of classic beef burgers, customers will be able to enjoy smashed burgers, fried chicken, a homemade vegetarian fritter and Beyond meat burgers (vegan). Sides range from homemade onion rings, homemade bacon gravy and halloumi fries. In line with Honest Burgers’ commitment to supporting local communities, the Cabot Circus site will feature a selection of beers from a local Bristol brewery and will also launch its own local burger in collaboration with a neighbouring business.

Since launching in 2011, we’ve focused on serving great British beef, homemade rosemary chips and locally sourced ingredients, and Cribbs Causeway is an exciting destination for us to bring that Honest experience to even more people. We’re looking forward to welcoming both new and familiar faces.”
Honest Burgers prides itself on quality at every stage. The brand has its own butchery, making their burgers from scratch with chopped British beef (not minced) so they eat like a steak and retain more flavour. Every burger is served with Honest’s signature homemade rosemary-salted chips made with fresh West Sussex potatoes.
The Cribbs Causeway opening marks another milestone in Honest Burgers’ accelerated growth phase being its sixth new opening since October and with more in the pipeline. This expansion follows the launch of the Smashed concept site in the City of London in late 2024 and the successful introduction of Honest Insiders in June 2025, the brand’s digital rewards app, which has already been downloaded over 115,000 times.
Honest Burgers Upper Level, The Mall, Cribbs Causeway, Patchway, Bristol BS34 5DG will be open from 11.30am daily.
