Introducing Toby & Co – The Green One

Toby & CoGet ready, a new era of soft drink is here. Introducing Toby & Co, the British-born brand that is looking to redefine the soft drink space with their debut expression: The Green One. Created by Tobias Gorn, an internationally renowned drinks specialist, critic and judge who has set out to bring together the art of luxury beverages and the science of wellbeing. Each detail, from the flavour to the formulation, aims to reflect modern British craftsmanship and the spirit of travel.

The Green One is made with English country garden botanicals, Alpine and Mediterranean herbs, and green tea extract with L-Theanine, nootropic mushrooms, Celtic sea salt, magnesium, and potassium. Toby & Co products are not only designed to taste good, but also to make you feel good. The Green One, the first in the brand’s collection, supports hydration, energy and cognitive clarity, whilst delivering a refined and complex taste. Unlike other functional or alcohol-free beverages, Toby & Co isn’t trying to imitate an existing product or flavour, the brand is creating something completely new. Versatile drinks that can work in a multitude of ways – either on their own to refresh or paired with a premium spirit to create a signature serve.

Each botanical has been chosen for both its taste and its traditional wellness benefits, including:

  • Green Tea and L-Theanine for texture, calm focus, and gentle energy.
  • Lions Mane and Reishi Mushrooms to support brain health and relaxation.
  • Ashwagandha and Ginseng for stress reduction, energy, and vitality.
  • Celtic Sea Salt, providing electrolytes and aiding hydration.
  • Ginkgo Biloba and Gotu Kola, enhancing circulation and cognitive function.
  • English, Alpine and Mediterranean Herbs for aroma, depth, and a sense of place.
