DELIVER Middle East, the region’s newest premier matchmaking event for retail, commerce, and supply chain leaders, will make its highly anticipated debut in Dubai on 21–22 January 2026, powered by a strategic partnership with DP World as Headline Sponsor and Launch Partner.

Following its rapid expansion across Europe, America, and Asia, DELIVER now brings its signature AI-powered, team-enabled matchmaking model to the Middle East, uniting over 200 senior retail executives from leading brands including Alshaya Group, Landmark Group, Sharjah Coop Group, Paris Gallery, LC Waikiki, PepsiCo, and many more.

Reflecting on the launch, Stéphane Tomczak, Founder and Chairman of DELIVER, commented, “This event fills a critical gap in the Middle East’s logistics and commerce landscape. With world-class infrastructure and bold ambitions already in place, DELIVER creates a space for senior decision-makers to collaborate on the challenges and opportunities transforming the sector. It’s a rare combination of curated meetings, forward-looking content, and genuine peer exchange, and I’m excited to bring this model to Dubai and the leaders shaping the future of global supply chains.”

They will connect with a select group of more than 25 innovative solution providers, featuring global and regional players such as Wayfindr, DP World, Manhattan Associates, and Nash, alongside additional supply chain and logistics partners shaping the future of supply chain performance in the Middle East.

At the core of DELIVER Middle East is its proven matchmaking formula, which pre-qualifies and schedules one-to-one meetings between retailers and solution providers to ensure every interaction is relevant, efficient, and outcome-driven. This model, already credited with accelerating thousands of live projects across DELIVER’s global events, will support brands and operators as they navigate evolving consumer expectations, rapid ecommerce expansion, and shifting global supply chain dynamics across the region.

A conference programme reflecting a region in transformation

The launch agenda brings together influential regional and international leaders to examine the forces shaping the future of retail and supply chain in the Middle East. Andreu Marco, COO of Chalhoub Group, will explore how luxury in the region is being transformed through digital acceleration and next-generation consumer experiences. Gilbert Abi Zeid, Vice President of Logistics at GMG, will outline how Gulf retailers can translate national net-zero ambitions into practical supply chain roadmaps.

Halima Jumani, CEO of Kibsons International, will share how the company evolved from a traditional distributor into one of the UAE’s fastest-growing ecommerce players, while Sally Zikri, CFO of Decathlon Egypt, joined by Dr. Michael Boutros of Shahid Law Firm, will discuss how financial strategy, governance, and supply chain performance must align to support sustainable multinational growth.

Further regional perspectives from Josiane Touma (Eva Pharma) and Maher Qtishat (Nestlé) will highlight why the Middle East is on track to become one of the world’s strongest logistics talent exporters by 2030. Additional speakers from Zahrawi Group, Hana Food Industries, Johnson & Johnson, Adcoop, P&G, and Miebach will examine how partnerships, regulatory collaboration, AI adoption, and urban fulfilment hubs are reshaping supply chain resilience and customer experience.

On Day Two, senior-level roundtables will give retailers space to address critical leadership themes, from last-mile transformation to fulfilment as a new driver of customer experience, emerging trade routes, and guiding teams through an era defined by automation and workforce reinvention.

Exclusive networking moments anchoring the launch week

The launch of DELIVER Middle East will be preceded by a dedicated day of exclusive, invitation-only experiences designed to connect senior leaders ahead of the main event. On 20 January, a select group of retail and supply chain executives will gather for the DELIVER Elite Dinner at V Deck, an intimate evening that brings industry pioneers together for high-impact conversation, strategic insight-sharing, and exceptional dining. This curated experience sets the tone for the week, fostering connections that continue to grow across the two event days.

Earlier that day, attendees will also have the rare opportunity to join the DP World Port Tour, a behind-the-scenes visit to Jebel Ali Port and Jebel Ali Free Zone (Jafza) – one of the world’s most advanced logistics ecosystems. This tailored experience gives senior leaders unparalleled access to the heart of Dubai’s trade engine, showcasing how DP World is reimagining the flow of goods into the Middle East. Participants will explore how multimodal infrastructure integrates with smart logistics systems, from cutting-edge automation and real-time data platforms to electric container handling equipment and AI-powered technologies. The tour offers a first-hand look at how sustainable innovation and intelligent operations are building more resilient, efficient, and future-ready supply chains that underpin global commerce.

DELIVER Vendor Awards and community moments

Once the main event begins, Day One will close with the DELIVER Vendor Awards, celebrating the region’s most innovative supply chain and logistics partners. Voted for exclusively by attending retailers, the awards highlight companies delivering exceptional impact across game-changing innovation, sustainability leadership, customer experience, and brand excellence, alongside a Rising Star category celebrating new supply chain disruptors. The celebrations continue later that evening at the Hilton Firefly Garden for the official networking party – a relaxed, open-air gathering designed to encourage meaningful conversation, high-level introductions, and new commercial relationships under the Dubai skyline.

The second day opens with the Women in Retail Breakfast, an invite-only community moment honouring women driving progress across the region’s retail and logistics landscape. This curated gathering fosters open conversation, shared perspectives, and deeper connections within a supportive leadership network.
