Morrisons Cafés

Morrisons is helping to keep families fed during the Summer Holidays with its Kids Eat Free offering which is available in all its 344 Cafés nationwide all day, every day.

Families will receive a complimentary meal and free drink for one child aged 16 or under when they purchase an adult main meal costing over £5 from The Breakfasts or The Classics, meaning they can fuel their summer adventures without breaking the bank.

The Kids Eat Free offer allows customers to receive one free kids meal from the Birds Eye kids menu which includes, Birds Eye Chicken Dippers, Birds Eye Fish Fingers, Birds Eye Green Cuisine Veggie Fingers or Goodfella’s Mini 4 Cheese Pizza and any kids drink – which would usually be £4.00 each.

The snack packs are back and perfect for those with smaller appetites, featuring Organix and Oreo (£0.50). These snack packs can also be picked up as part of the chilled kids pix & mix meal deal (£4.00) and includes a choice of sandwich, a snack and a drink.

Diners can now tuck into two meals with any two drinks for just £15, available everyday from 12pm until close. This means, with the ongoing offer of Kids Eat Free when one adult meal is purchased*, a family of four can dine in any Morrisons Café for as little as £15 – great tasting and with zero stress

Chris Strong, senior Café trader at Morrisons, said: “We know how tough the summer holidays can be for families, especially with the cost of living continuing to rise. That’s why we’re proud to offer free meals for kids at Morrisons Cafés and help parents stretch their budgets a little further while making sure children have access to tasty, nutritious food.”

In addition to its’ Kids Eat Free offer, Morrisons is donating £50,000 of food across the UK this summer to support local activity programmes arranged by schools, community groups and HAF (The Holiday Activities and Food Programme).

Morrisons already gives surplus food to local causes such as food banks and community groups across the UK through its unsold food programme, as well as its in-store Food Bank ‘Pick Up Pack’ scheme that allows customers to purchase a bag filled with a mix of products that are in-need from local groups, and are the distributed to by the in-storeCommunity Champions.
