International real estate advisor Savills, acting on behalf of Kiltane, has completed a new letting at 38 Floral Street in Covent Garden, creating a new flagship store for the Scottish Cashmere brand.
Kiltane is a renowned cashmere specialist founded in Edinburgh in 1997, it has since expanded across the UK.
The Scottish luxury fashion brand will occupy 320sq ft on the ground floor for a term of 15 years.
38 Floral Street is located in Covent Garden, one of London’s most-loved areas, in the heart of the West End. The unit is a short walk from Covent Garden market and Underground Station.
