Marks & Spencer unveils Irish suppliers Show Garden at Bord Bia Bloom 2026

Marks & SpencerMarks & Spencer (M&S) will make its Bord Bia Bloom debut with its 2026 Show Garden, “Where Trust Takes Root”, in Dublin’s Phoenix Park from Thursday 28 May to Monday 1 June.

The garden celebrates M&S’s growing partnerships with Irish producers as the business works to double the number of Irish suppliers and increase local sourcing under its Plan A for Farming commitments, which prioritise domestic sourcing, long-term contracts, investment and support for farmers to boost resilience and sustainable practices.

It highlights key supplier relationships across Ireland, including Killowen (Co. Wexford), Connolly Eggs (Co. Monaghan) and Irish Berries (Co. Dublin). Together, these partnerships support hundreds of jobs and supply fresh, great quality produce to M&S customers across Ireland and further afield.

Designed by award-winning landscape architect Scott D. Renwick in his Bloom debut, the garden brings the Irish supply chain to life through a rich, sensory landscape where edible and ornamental planting sit side-by-side.

At its centre is a striking timber structure rising from a raised social platform, representing the networks of farmers and producers that underpin M&S food, from soil to shelf.

Laura Harper, trading director Ireland at Marks & Spencer, commented: “Trust isn’t grown overnight – it is built through decades of consistency, integrity, and shared values with our Irish suppliers. This garden is a celebration of the farmers who are the backbone of our business. We wanted to create a space that invites people to pause and reconnect with the origins of their food, highlighting the care and innovation that goes into every M&S product.”

In line with M&S’s commitment to sustainability and community impact, the garden has been designed with a zero-waste approach. Materials will be repurposed after the festival, with paving donated to The Patio Centre and timber reused as raised beds for local growers.

Designer of M&S 2026 Show Garden, Scott D. Renwick said: “For my first Show Garden at Bloom, I wanted to focus on the long-term value that mirrors the M&S sourcing philosophy. Every element has a future; the paving is being donated to The Patio Centre and the timber is being repurposed into raised beds for local growers. We are ensuring the garden’s legacy continues to support the local landscape long after the festival ends.”

Visitors to Bord Bia Bloom can find “Where Trust Takes Root” at Stand 14 throughout the June Bank Holiday weekend. The garden offers a unique opportunity for customers to see, smell, and touch the elements of the Irish countryside that define the M&S food hall experience.
