Mighty Fine ConfectioneryFollowing the acquisition of Mighty Fine by the Serious Sweet Company, Mighty Fine, has announced the addition of two new honeycomb flavours to the brands existing portfolio of delicious chocolate-covered treats.

The brand-new flavours, Blonde Honeycomb and Sicilian Lemon White Chocolate, include Mighty Fine’s famous light and crispy honeycomb, covered in Sicilian lemon white or blonde chocolate. Both are suitable for vegetarians, made with blossom honey and can be purchased for as little as £1.35 via the Mighty Fine website, with the new skus expected to hit supermarket shelves towards the end of the year.

As with all Mighty Fine honeycomb chocolates, the products are made with natural ingredients which are specially sourced, with no junk like colourings, additives, GMO’s or palm oil. Using sustainably sourced chocolate, they are handmade in the UK, with the exact same care and attention as when the business first began a decade ago.

In addition to the updated product range, Mighty Fine has also undergone a full rebrand under the guidance of Serious Sweets, bringing the brand up to date with the company’s other confectionery offerings including Mallow & Marsh, Mr Stanley’s, and Ultimate English.

Jonathan Burr, marketing lead at SSC Brands, said: “As a brand Mighty Fine is leading the way in the honeycomb market, so we wanted to update the branding to reflect that. The new logo, packaging, product skus, and website, are the first steps towards bringing even more world class honeycomb treats to our customers worldwide.

“We’ve worked really hard to launch two new flavours that everyone will enjoy, with our updated packaging bringing us one step closer towards our goal of becoming 100% recyclable by the end of 2023.”

Launched in 2014, Mighty Fine Co. was created when Ross and Kit opened its first shop in Camden Market, selling handmade honeycomb bites. Through the success of the store, the founders then decided to take Mighty Fine to the next level and sell their treats across the world. In 2022, Mighty Fine became part of the Serious Sweet Company family, based in the heart of English confectionary heaven, Harrogate. The brand has grown significantly with handcrafted honeycomb chocolates now available in major supermarkets across the UK including  Waitrose, Ocado, Sainsbury’s, Asda, Amazon, and many independent retailers.
