New interactive dessert concept Dolci Mono coming to Harrow

Dolci MonoPremium dessert and dining brand Haute Dolci is preparing to introduce Dolci Mono to St George’s Shopping Centre, bringing a new expression of its signature dessert experience to Harrow.

The new kiosk will occupy part of the existing outdoor seating area at the Haute Dolci location, creating a complementary experience alongside the established restaurant.

Designed for customers seeking indulgence on the move, Dolci Mono brings together artisan-inspired desserts, interactive preparation and an emphasis on personalisation.

At the heart of the concept is the Dolci Bar, a signature ice cream creation that customers can personalise with a choice of Belgian chocolate coatings, toppings and finishing drizzles. Each bar is prepared in front of the customer, transforming a simple treat into an engaging experience.

The kiosk’s wider collection is expected to feature chocolate-dipped strawberries, freshly prepared waffle creations, individual pâtisseries, speciality coffee, matcha and indulgent hot chocolates.

While Dolci Mono introduces a faster, more spontaneous way to enjoy the brand, the existing Haute Dolci restaurant will continue to welcome guests for brunch, desserts, drinks and relaxed dining.

Nizam Mohamed, CEO of Haute Dolci, commented: “At Haute Dolci, we’ve always believed that the experience is just as important as the product itself.

“Dolci Mono represents the next chapter of that philosophy. It’s about taking the creativity, craftsmanship and sense of occasion our guests associate with Haute Dolci and bringing it into a more spontaneous, interactive format.

“Harrow is an opportunity to demonstrate how these two experiences can complement one another, offering guests the freedom to enjoy Haute Dolci in a way that suits their moment.”

The introduction of Dolci Mono reflects Haute Dolci’s continued development of new hospitality formats that combine product innovation, visual appeal and convenience.

The Dolci Mono will open at St George’s Shopping Centre on Saturday 31st October 2026, and further details will be announced through Haute Dolci’s official website and social media channels.
