Spanish fashion brand Hoff has appointed strategic retail property advisor Newmark Retail UK & EMEA to support its ambitious national and international retail growth strategy.
Newmark Retail will work with Hoff to secure stores in key target locations across Europe, including the UK, France, Spain, Portugal and Benelux.
Founded in 2017 by CEO Fran Marchena in Alicante, Hoff has been one of Spain’s most notable success stories in the fashion industry, having sold more than one million pairs of trainers in 2023, just six years after launching. At the end of 2023, Hoff had a network of 30 stores worldwide and 17 points of sale through the El Corte Inglés department stores. Hoff is selling in more than 45 countries worldwide.
Newmark Retail is an advisor to retail and leisure occupiers, operating in the UK, Europe and the US. It provides real estate advisory services for an extensive collection of high street retailers, as well as for brands in the travel retail, leisure, hospitality, and out of town sectors. It has supported retail markets for 30 years.
