Oatly launches new Strawberry Matcha Latte

OatlyOatly, the world’s original and largest oat drink company is shaking up the drinks scene once more today with the launch of Strawberry Matcha Latte, it’s latest move that expands Oatly’s ever-growing world of matcha.

The latest addition to the Oatly Matcha portfolio comes in response to shifting habits around cold drinks, flavour, and evolving café culture and has been designed specifically for the matcha-curious and matcha-obsessed alike, with prime fridge to glass ease and accessibility.

Available in a chilled 1L ready-to-drink format, Strawberry Matcha Latte is sweet and creamy at the same time, with the fruity tang of strawberry and the earthy roundness of oats and matcha, alongside a subtle hint of vanilla flavour. Just shake, pour and go!

100% plant-based and dairy-free, Oatly Strawberry Matcha Latte is best served cold over ice, but also can work warm, in creative drinks recipes – however you like it… we’re not here to judge.

“Shifts in cafe culture and consumer behaviours are driving an increasing demand for customisable beverages and new drinks trends beyond hot coffee.”, says Bryan Caroll, UK and Ireland general manager at Oatly.

Carroll continues, “Last year’s Oatly Matcha Latte remains one of the category’s best-selling products. Building on this demand, we developed the Strawberry Matcha Latte to expand our Matcha offering, reinforcing accessibility and ease for those looking for plant-based alternatives without the compromise of excellent taste.”

Strawberry Matcha Latte is available now from Sainsburys and Ocado, RRP from £2.25.
