Pets at Home is this week launching a new in store service, Easy Repeat, which combines the ease of subscriptions along with our standout colleague expertise and customer proposition. Easy Repeat is a subscription service for essentials, allowing customers to receive regular orders of their pets’ favourite products, backed up by a Best Price Guarantee.

The new in store service combines the colleague expertise that sets Pets at Home apart, along with a customer proposition centered on delivering value and simplicity for customers.

A key point of differentiation for Pets at Home is the wealth of knowledge our colleagues hold. From providing nutrition consultations to helping owners understand a pets’ play preference, our colleagues are on hand to help with questions about how to care for your furry, scaly or feathered friend, and the best products to keep them happy and healthy.

Easy Repeat is also a key part of our customer offer. Providing services which match customers’ shopping habits is key to our strategy, and the combination of in store and online services demonstrates how we are continuing to evolve our omnichannel offering. Easy Repeat is designed with simplicity in mind. Colleagues are able to set up subscriptions which offer market beating savings for customers, in three easy steps on handheld devices and the customers’ Pets Club details.

Customers who wish to access the Best Price Guarantee can also take out Easy Repeat subscriptions via our website and app.

Pets at Home chief consumer officer, Kathryn Imire, commented: “Launching Easy Repeat as an in-store as well as online service is a really exciting moment for us at Pets. Customer feedback is clear: people appreciate the service they receive from our expert colleagues and genuinely love coming into our stores. Easy Repeat demonstrates our strong customer proposition, rewarding customers for loyalty and locking in a best price guarantee. This is also huge moment in our journey towards building a world-class petcare platform as an omnichannel pet care provider; linking online services to the expertise of colleagues in store.

We’re all for pets and this launch is another service which enables customers to spend less time thinking about essentials and more time enjoying their pets.”
