Lush customers can now explore and book the popular in-store services and local happenings through the newly debuted ‘Lush Events’ feature — launching May 2026 and only available via the Lush App.

In a world of digital noise, Lush is making space for meaningful, physical experiences so customers can connect beyond the screen. Following the launch of Lush Club in October 2025, this latest feature turns the tap on exciting phygital experiences — including free in-store product services and bespoke, community-focused events.

“Our in-store events give customers a reason to step into our shops, connect with our teams and each other, and experience Lush in a way that simply can’t be replicated online. Now we have an easier way to find out about our events and book on so what are you waiting for. We’re looking forward to getting stuck in-store soon.” – Kasey Swithenbank, Head of retail stores, Lush UK&I

THERE’S ALWAYS MORE IN STORE.

From skincare to haircare, fragrance to massage, visitors can soak up complimentary, bookable services from the wonderful world of Lush, each designed to educate and inspire.

Book Lush’s in-store services:

  • Skincare workshops (‘Meet your microbiome’, ‘Skintroduction’ and more)

  • Haircare consultations (Henna application, scalp massage, curl pattern reading and more)

  • Hand and arm massages

  • Fragrance consultations (including fragrance readings and Wedding scent consultations)

Bespoke events

It doesn’t stop there. Lush shops and Lush Spas can now host and share their own local events through the app: from first-look product launch parties and creative workshops to community moments that bring people together. Whether you’re discovering something new or revisiting an old favourite, there’s always something happening at your local Lush.

  • Product making workshops ( a half term must-have!)

  • Product launch events

  • Lush Party taster

  • Open Lush Spa days

  • Community events

More about Lush Club

It pays to be a Lush Club member …

After activating the “Rewards” feature in Lush Club in the app, members will earn points on eligible in-store, web and app purchases, spa treatments and spa gift card purchases (terms and conditions apply). As points add up, members will automatically unlock surprise rewards ranging from iconic bestselling products, fun parties and indulgent spa treatments.

If a member chooses not to activate their Rewards feature, they can still enjoy the benefits of first access to new collections and Lush Club drops. The choice is theirs!

LushLevel Up!

As members earn points, they’ll level up through tiers. Each new tier assigns a Lush Club member a status inspired by an iconic Lush product — a badge of honour on their Lush Club journey and something to boast about to fellow Lush fans.

Lush Club Rewards is currently available in the UK, Canada, USA, Australia, Aotearoa, Japan and Italy.
