Pot Noodle has unveiled Pot Noodle Blocks, launching its iconic flavours into a new format.
The well-loved Brit snack brand has turned its most-loved flavours – Chicken & Mushroom, Bombay Bad Boy, Beef & Tomato and Original Curry – into handy dry noodle blocks you can cook your own way.
The range transforms the four fan favourites into generously sized noodle blocks (each over 100g), designed for stove-top cooking and built to satisfy like a proper meal. And yes: the beloved sauce sachet from the pots comes with it.
Behind the scenes, teams at Unilever spent months refining the recipe. A new seasoning system was engineered to recreate the signature Pot Noodle taste using less powder, while ensuring the noodles hydrate evenly on the hob. In blind taste tests, Pot Noodle Blocks beat key competitors for flavour, texture and overall satisfaction.
Ready in just four minutes, they’re perfect for when hunger hits and you need that instant Pot Noodle fix – whether it’s a late-night craving, a pre-night-out bite or dinner at home.
Madeleine Boulton, senior brand manager at Pot Noodle, said: “We are so excited to be bringing our iconic and most loved Pot Noodle flavours to the block noodle format for the very first time. We know that consumers are reaching for block noodles in the evening for a quick, convenient and affordable dinner, so we wanted to bring their favourite flavours into a larger block format that is packed with flavour.”
Pot Noodle Blocks hit the shelves in Morrisons on Monday 16th February, and then rolling out nationally later in February at the price of £1.20.
The launch builds on the success of Pot Noodle’s core range, with these four flavours accounting for 42% of the entire Pot Snack market, highlighting their enduring popularity with UK shoppers (Reference: Nielsen Mini Meals L52W end 24-01-2026).
