Pigtoria’s Noodle Kits launch – healthier, sun-dried, Taiwanese noodle kits

Pigtoria's Noodle KitsBringing a taste of Taiwanese comfort to UK kitchens, food creator and viral TikToker Victoria Yang (AKA Pigtoria’s Secret) has launched Pigtoria’s Noodle Kits – designed to make exploring Asian flavours fun, healthy and accessible.

Inspired by Victoria’s Taiwanese roots and her decade-long mission to find the perfect bowl of noodles in London, the launch introduces a new generation of instant noodles – healthier, sun-dried and crafted for creativity. Each kit invites home cooks to experiment with authentic Asian sauces and noodle textures, offering restaurant-quality results in minutes.

At the heart of the range are Yang Noodles – naturally sun-kissed, not double-fried. Made in Taiwan from just four ingredients – flour, salt, water and sunlight – they’re the wholesome, healthier alternative to traditional instant noodles. Each kit includes three shapes of Taiwanese noodles (thin, medium and thick) and 12 sauces, with clear instructions for both dry and soup preparations.

Nutty Noods

Inspired by Ma Jiang Mian (麻酱面), this sesame-based noodle dish captures the warm, nutty comfort of toasted sesame seeds in every bite. It’s Victoria’s go-to comfort food – a nostalgic flavour she grew up eating every day after school.

Umami Noods

A reimagining of Scallion Oil Noodles (葱油拌面) – a household Taiwanese favourite where every family has their own secret recipe. Victoria’s version layers rich scallion oil with an umami-packed blend of Taiwanese cupboard sauces, balancing savoury depth with a hint of sweetness.

Each Pigtoria’s Noodle Kit comes ready to customise – inviting creativity through mix-and-match sauces, noodle textures and serving styles. Whether slurped up as a saucy bowl of dry noodles or enjoyed as a warming soup, every kit celebrates the joy of cooking and the simple comfort of noodles shared at home.

The launch follows Victoria’s sell-out Noodle Lab events in 2024, where she invited diners to cook, taste and explore flavour together. Feedback from these interactive sessions shaped the final product – designed for real home cooks who want authenticity without effort.

As the appetite for premium ‘fakeaway’ experiences continues to rise, Pigtoria’s Noods taps into the growing demand for restaurant-quality, ready-to-cook world flavours that feel both indulgent and nourishing. Each kit offers a flexible, flavour-packed way to recreate an authentic Taiwanese fakeaway at home – no flight required.
