kitchenware brand ProCook Manchester Arndale has announced the arrival of specialist kitchenware brand ProCook after the leading retailer signed a 10-year lease for a 5,052 sq ft unit – the brand’s largest store in the UK to date.

ProCook,  the direct-to-consumer specialist kitchenware brand and certified B Corp, will be bringing a diverse range of high-quality cookware, kitchen accessories and tableware to the North West’s most visited retail destination.

The new Manchester Arndale store will mark ProCook’s first ever central Manchester location and will showcase the brand’s latest store design, creating an inspiring and welcoming space for customers to explore its full range of kitchen and dining products. ProCook’s arrival comes following a raft of new leasing announcements from Manchester Arndale including Boux Avenue, Xtra Fit, and Sephora. These new arrivals are testament to the centre’s proactive asset management strategy to curate a leading retail experience for Manchester Arndale’s diverse customer base.

Steve Gray, head of European retail asset management at Global Mutual: “It’s fantastic to be welcoming ProCook to the line-up as Manchester Arndale’s first dedicated kitchenware brand. The brand joins the centre at a really exciting time following the recent opening of Sephora, the upcoming launch of Xtra Fit’s first Manchester location.

“ProCook’s quality offering complements our strong line-up of homeware brands including household names such as Argos, TkMaxx and Next and we are looking forward to seeing our shoppers explore the new store when it opens later this year”.

Lee Tappenden, chief executive of ProCook, said: “The opening of our Manchester Arndale store marks another important milestone in our retail expansion and reflects our continued investment in bringing the ProCook brand to major retail destinations across the UK. This is a great setting to showcase our latest store design and we’re proud to be introducing it to one of the country’s most high-profile shopping centres.”

Sovereign Centros from CBRE on behalf of M&G Real Estate, and Global Mutual act as joint asset managers of Manchester Arndale. Metis Real Estate and Time Retail Partners are Manchester Arndale’s retained letting agents.
