Following today’s release of Procook’s figures for the 12 weeks ending 4 January 2026; Emily Scott, retail analyst at GlobalData, a leading intelligence and productivity platform, offers her view: “ProCook’s Q3 performance marks a standout peak season result, reinforcing the strength of its growth trajectory. Total revenue rose 28.0% to £32.8m, while like-for-like (l-f-l) revenue increased by a robust 17.2%, as ProCook becomes a greater threat to the likes of Lakeland and Dunelm in the kitchen & dining category. A key driver of this success is the strength of its omnichannel model, as its e-commerce revenue grew 30.0%, driven by both rising traffic as ProCook continue to invest in its marketing, and higher average order values, as customers are willing to spend more on its quality kitchenware, and the retailer did not have to rely on discount-led volume. Alongside this, instore sales grew 26.8%. This growth was enhanced by the opening of four new stores before Black Friday and Christmas, taking its store count to 75.
“The retailer’s two channels complement each other; physical stores boost awareness, while e-commerce provides convenience and scale, helping ProCook efficiently acquire new customers and deepen engagement with its expanding active customer base. ProCook’s efforts are paying off as more customers are interacting with the retailer, drawn in by its reliable customer service and high-quality products. ProCook’s approach resonates with shoppers who appreciate product expertise and the opportunity to ask questions to get the right product. Its expertise in kitchenware sets it apart from grocers such as Tesco and ASDA, who are unlikely to have specialist staff who can advise on performance, materials and usage. With 10 stores anticipated to be opened in 2026, ProCook is in a good position to make progress towards its medium-term goal of 100 UK retail stores, £100m annual revenue, and a 10% operating profit margin.”
