Reiss partners with Thrive Learning to enhance learning and development culture throughout UK, Europe, and North America

Thrive Learning, the award-winning and fastest growing modern-day learning management system, has secured a partnership with Reiss as the British retail powerhouse sets its sight on invigorating its learning and development culture, and creating a unified and streamlined approach across its head office – The Muse – and 160 retail units throughout the UK, Europe and United States. Committed to creating a connected company-wide environment, Reiss will integrate Thrive’s all-in-one platform as one of the key pillars to achieve its learning and communication goals.

As an early adopter of embracing learning and development technology for its employees, the partnership with Thrive is the next step in the company’s learning and development evolution. Wanting to embed an all-in-one platform, Thrive will provide a system which is easy-to-use for all 1,300 team members, as well as those managing the system to decrease time-consuming admin work and increase time spent on enhancing existing and gaining valuable new skills.

Reiss approached Thrive with five key goals in mind: create clear pathways for internal progression; develop a deeper sense of belonging which brings more awareness to and celebrates the differences within the wider business; celebrate key milestones; enhance company-wide collaboration; and incorporate an efficient onboarding system.

By integrating Thrive’s complete learning platform, Reiss can upskill employees with unique and personalised learning experiences tailored to each position, department, and skill. Using the platform, employees can take advantage of AI integration which delivers dynamic and instant answers to questions and queries, use social learning elements which encourage peer-to-peer knowledge sharing, and engage other team members with a gamification element which rewards learners’ progress with points, leaderboards, achievements, and shareable badges, to name a few.

Add to this Thrive’s library of learning modules and resources, Reiss will be able to curate learning experiences which will set each employee up for success regardless of objective, be it to increase sales, create stronger connections with customers, or learn the ins and outs to succeeding in the world of retail.

Alongside helping Reiss team members develop and grow, the Thrive platform will act as a content hub for employees to find essential information. This will include business policies and important company documents. Thrive makes accessing and ensuring key documents are in place easier through their own selection of resources.

Sean Reddington, CEO and Co-Founder of Thrive Learning says:

“Reiss came to us with a unique set of challenges which, at their heart, revolved around creating a unified and connected business culture which is supportive of all team members and everyone’s individual needs.

We know that when you span different locations, countries and job roles, connecting each employee and celebrating both individual and collective achievements and milestones is crucial in boosting company morale and creating an environment where everyone feels valued. Together, we have built a space which can be accessed from any device, regardless of time or location.

We’re so excited Reiss is joining our customer base which already hosts over 50 global retailers because we just know Thrive is a perfect fit to drive their peoples development and support their business growth!”

Tim Brown, Senior People Development Manager at Reiss, adds:

“The partnership with Thrive is an exciting move for us as it is a true testament to not only how we have grown to date, but where we are headed as a brand in the future. That’s the great thing – they have the capability to grow with us as we grow which is brilliant as we look to where we want Reiss to be in five, ten or even fifteen years’ time.

“We gave Thrive some ambitious timeframes from when we agreed to work together to our launch date, but the support from the team has been there with us every step of the way, from which element will be right for our team, to the content hub which has allowed us to create necessary documents using their templates. The energy the whole Thrive team brings to the table feels exciting, and every conversation has made us even more invigorated for the journey we’re about to go on. Every conversation is positive, the standard they deliver to is exceptionally high, and really we can’t wait to jump in together and launch.”

The Reiss x Thrive partnership will expand Thrive’s portfolio of clients who have invested in their employees to create an engaged and collaborative learning and development environment including Ann Summers, Ted Baker, DECIEM, FatFace, and many more.
