Campari GroupCampari Group is pleased to announce the UK arrival of Sarti Rosa, a vibrant pink, fruity aperitif set to invigorate the market’s growing Spritz category.

Bursting with delicate notes of passion fruit, mango, and blood orange, Sarti Rosa delivers a fruity twist to Spritz culture. Already a success across key European markets, with its eye-catching colour and fresh, fruity taste, Sarti Rosa is set to drive the category even further, bringing a new level of vibrancy to on-trade and at-home consumption across the UK.

The UK launch comes at a pivotal moment, as demand for sessionable social drinks continues to grow, with Spritz serves now accounting for 1 in 7 cocktails sold, vs. 1 in 11 the previous year (CGA Mixed Drinks Q3 2023/2024 Report). Leading national accounts Slug & Lettuce and Franco Manca are among the first to introduce Sarti Rosa to their menus, offering trade partners an early look at its commercial potential.

As the newest local addition to Campari Group’s market-leading aperitif portfolio—alongside the classic red bitter Campari, iconic orange Aperol, and non-alcoholic Crodino—Sarti Rosa brings a flavour-packed fruity addition to the Spritz category. Its signature Sarti Spritz is best served in a large wine glass over ice, with three parts (75ml) Prosecco DOC, two parts (50ml) Sarti Rosa, and one part (25ml) of soda water, garnished with a slice of fresh lime.

David Heathwood, commercial director at Campari Group UK, comment: “With consumer interest in Spritz serves at an all-time high, Sarti Rosa presents an exciting new opportunity for venues and retailers looking to capitalise on the next big trend in aperitif culture. We’re confident that Sarti Rosa will not only drive strong consumer engagement but also offer trade partners a compelling new way to enhance their spritz offerings and maximise sales in this high-growth category.”

Loris Contro, Italian Icons Brand Ambassador at Campari Group UK, says: “Sarti Rosa marks an exciting new chapter in the aperitif category, bringing a fruity twist with its unique flavour notes. We’ve crafted a serve that delivers a vibrant, flavour-packed profile, perfectly aligned with current consumer trends. Its eye-catching colour and blend of delicate fruit notes are designed to elevate the spritz experience, and we’re confident it will be a must-have on cocktail menus this spring and beyond.”

Sarti Rosa will soon be available on Amazon and Ocado (RRP £18) and is already being served at Slug & Lettuce and Franco Manca nationwide.
