Søstrene Grene is set to make its Bristol debut later this year, bringing the Danish lifestyle brand’s Scandinavian-inspired collections and distinctive in-store experience to the city for the first time.

The new store on Penn Street will give shoppers the opportunity to explore Søstrene Grene’s range of homewares, kitchen essentials, craft supplies and seasonal décor. Thoughtfully selected with everyday living and creativity in mind, the collections offer inspiration for refreshing the home, starting a new craft project or simply discovering something unexpected.

Customers can also look forward to the brand’s distinctive store concept, where soft lighting, classical music and a winding layout create a sensory shopping experience. Inspired by the Danish concept of hygge, the new Bristol store will offer a calm and welcoming environment where customers can take their time to browse and discover.

Mikkel Grene, Group CEO and Co-owner of Søstrene Grene, comments: “We’re very pleased to be bringing Søstrene Grene to Bristol for the first time. The city is an exciting addition to our growing UK presence and we look forward to introducing the local community to our collections and the experience of exploring a Søstrene Grene store.

“From thoughtfully designed homewares to products that encourage creativity, we hope customers will find plenty of inspiration when they visit and enjoy taking a moment to explore everything the store has to offer.”

With more than 400 stores across 19 markets, Søstrene Grene continues to expand internationally, alongside ambitious plans to reach 100 UK stores in the next few years.

René Jensen, head of retail for Denmark, the UK and Ireland, adds: “Bristol marks an exciting new chapter for Søstrene Grene as we bring our store concept to the city for the first time. Penn Street provides a wonderful location for our store and we’re looking forward to becoming part of the local community and welcoming customers through our doors.”

The official opening date of Søstrene Grene on Bristol’s Penn Street, will be announced very soon.
