The House of Creed opens first standalone UK boutique outside London

The House of CreedThe House of Creed unveils its first standalone UK boutique outside London, located at 56 King Street, Manchester. Marking a new chapter in the brand’s UK presence, the new destination brings Creed’s distinctive world of fragrance, craftsmanship, and exceptional service to one of the country’s most dynamic cultural centres.

A HISTORIC ARCHITECTURAL SETTING

Housed in a Grade II listed building dating from 1736, the 525-square-foot boutique offers an immersive retail experience designed as a tribute to Creed’s rich heritage and commitment to artistry. The interior balances classical architectural references with a modern expression of luxury. Warm American Black Walnut creates an intimate consultation area inspired by private members’ clubs, while painted timber panelling and patterned flooring pay homage to 18th-century European design. Rare Italian Luana Verde and Calacatta Oro marbles introduce dramatic natural focal points – their veining echoing the modernist interiors of architect Adolf Loos, whose work helped shape Creed’s early boutique designs. Soft black detailing and ribbed brass accents lend further refinement and architectural warmth.

CURATED FRAGRANCE & BESPOKE SERVICES

At the heart of the space, a central fragrance bar invites clients to discover the full collection, including Iris Debonair, Creed’s latest Fougère floral creation. The boutique offers personalized consultations, gifting, custom engraving, and wedding fragrance appointments within a dedicated private hospitality space.

“Manchester felt like the natural place for our first standalone boutique outside London,” said Rory Jordan, General Manager UK&I. “The city has developed enormously over recent years and offers the perfect environment for the Creed experience – a welcoming and immersive destination where customers can experience fragrance while discovering the heritage and story behind the brand.”

The Manchester boutique joins Creed’s three existing London boutiques on Regent Street, Mount Street and at Covent Garden.
