Bristol based sausage and bacon brand The Jolly Hog is launching a brand-new BBQ range that is ready on the BBQ in 5 minutes into Tesco, Morrisons, Ocado and Sainsbury’s at the end of March. The three brothers, Olly, Josh and Max were inspired by their travels across the USA, where they immersed themselves in slow cooked, hot smoked BBQ flavours. But the brothers were also shocked to find that here in the UK almost 50% of BBQs still only comprise of sausages, burgers and chicken, with consumers too nervous to get creative. They spotted a gap to create something for foodies who want that tender, smoked BBQ flavour but without the faff.
