High street retailer TK Maxx, famous for its branded and quality deals, has launched the next chapter of its highly performing Christmas campaign, building on the success of a recognisable and winning formula for the high street favourite.
‘Festive Crossing’ brings back the magic of Festive Farm which first launched in 2023. The much-loved campaign returns with a playful cast of farmyard animals sporting and carrying a sparkling array of TK Maxx gifts, bringing the retailer’s ‘Spoil All Your Loved Ones For Less’ platform to life for 2026.
Capitalising on the success of Festive Farm and cleverly blending familiar characters with a new storyline, the 30-second advert will launch across video-on-demand, online video and integrated digital channels on 5th November, alongside an integrated rollout on TK Maxx’s social media channels, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and LinkedIn. A 60-second version of the advert will be available across YouTube and owned channels. The advert will then make its TV debut from 16th November in high profile prime-time placements.
Set to Goodies by Ciara, Festive Crossing sees the return of some beloved farmyard characters, alongside new feathered faces, as the farmer and his wife make their way home from a TK Maxx shopping trip. Their journey takes an unexpected turn when they encounter a stylish family of ducks crossing the road, showing off their TK Maxx gifts. The fashionable flock makes quite an entrance, much to the surprise of the farmer and his wife, the familiar alpaca and the original goat watching from the back of the truck. It soon becomes clear that word of TK Maxx’s designer gifts and amazing deals has spread well beyond their own farm.
Created by Wieden+Kennedy London and directed by Gary Freedman, Festive Crossing combines cinematic storytelling and festive humour to bring a fresh twist to TK Maxx’s Christmas advertising.
The TV advert forms part of TK Maxx’s wider Christmas brand activity, built around the retailer’s signature combination of big brand gifts, quality, range and value. The campaign will extend across social media, influencer partnerships and wider marketing amplification throughout the festive season, reinforcing TK Maxx as a destination for Christmas gifting.
Catrina Funk, group brand and marketing director at TK Maxx, said: “Christmas is all about the joy of giving, and we know shoppers are thinking carefully about how they spend, looking for great deals and thoughtful, high-quality gifts. At TK Maxx, we want to show that you can make your Christmas budget go further without compromising on quality, making it possible to spoil the people you love with great gifts at amazing value.
“Festive Farm has resonated with audiences since it first launched in 2023, so we’re delighted to return to this much-loved world with a fresh story and some new characters; we loved the duck family from the moment we saw them. They bring a playful twist to Christmas gifting, and we hope it puts a smile on people’s faces while reminding them of the brilliant gifts waiting to be discovered in our many stores and online.”
Charlie Lanus and Alex Sattlecker, creative directors at Wieden+Kennedy London, said: “For TK Maxx, we had the pleasure of creating Festive Crossing for the next instalment of this little Christmas saga. Our ambition was to make a film that felt cinematic, funny and properly festive, while retaining the charm and personality that makes this farm world so enjoyable. Just when the goat and alpaca thought they’d seen it all, along came a stylish family of ducks to prove them wrong.”
Festive Crossing launch across video-on-demand, online video and integrated digital channels on 5th November and will make its TV debut on 16th November 2026. It will also be available on the brand’s YouTube channel, with more behind-the-scenes and bloopers across Instagram and TikTok. Watch here: @LoveTKMaxx – YouTube.
