Tribeology RTD cocktails to launch into Sainsbury’s, this April

Tribeology Cocktails, a new high-quality range of 8% ABV ready-to-drink cocktails, will launch nationwide on 27 April. The cocktail brand will launch into over 275 Sainsbury’s stores across the UK with plans to grow its presence through its website, Amazon, and further retail distribution.

Aiming to buck the trend of poor-quality, low ABV canned cocktails and positioning itself between those and higher-ABV, 10% & above offerings, Tribeology Cocktails has an uncompromising approach to quality and flavour at a competitive price point. Developed in partnership with a top UK mixologist, the Tribeology cocktail range will initially launch with four cocktails with new product development planned for later in the year. The range will consist of four popular classics including a Passionfruit Martini, Margarita, Strawberry Daiquiri and Mojito, using real fruit juices, purees and natural ingredients such as Madagascan vanilla and Mexican limes alongside premium spirits. Tribeology Cocktails will join a ready-to-drink category that has been the fastest growing alcohol category for the last three years and is projected to grow at over 11% in 2023.

Those wanting to squeeze the most out of life and drink quality cocktails without the need to mix them from scratch, enjoying cocktails on-the-move, at social gatherings or as the ultimate pre-drink before a night out.

Tribeology Cocktails will sit alongside award-winning hard seltzer, Bodega Bay, in Tribeology LTD’ expanding portfolio. Both of the brands, Tribeology Cocktails and Bodega Bay hard seltzer, are B Corp certified and Bodega Bay have donated 23 million litres of clean water, to date, to those in need through their partnership with the Thirst Project.

Charlie Markland, founder and CEO of Tribeology, comments: “We believe that by combining a fun-loving, cheeky and eye-catching brand with high-quality liquid fills a gap within the ready-to-drink category. Tribeology Cocktails has been launched to instil some fun into the category without compromising on taste; we want to offer cocktail drinkers a bar-quality drink on-the-go. The range will begin with four classic cocktail serves, all at 8% ABV – the equivalent of a double measure – and are designed to be enjoyed from wherever people choose.”

Tribeology Cocktails are priced at £2.75 per 250ml can and will be available to purchase from Sainsbury’s, Amazon and the Tribeology website.
