Tu elevates everyday knitwear with expanded AW26 collection

TuFollowing the success of its 100% cashmere collection in 2025, Tu clothing at Sainsbury’s is significantly expanding its knitwear offer for AW26, introducing four times as many premium styles across lambswool, mohair, alpaca and cashmere this season. Combining natural fibres, considered design and great value, the
range offers more choice across knitwear than ever before, from versatile everyday staples to more directional styles designed to be worn season after season.

The knitwear collection reflects Tu’s wider AW26 focus on quality fabrication, fit and contemporary design across fashion, from outerwear and footwear to accessories. Responding to growing demand for well-crafted pieces designed to last, the collection combines enduring style with the exceptional value customers expect from Tu.

Leading the range this autumn is an extensive offering of 100% pure lambswool pieces, with a bold colour-led palette spanning vibrant greens and deep blues, bright pinks and reds as well as neutral earthy tones. Funnel and V-neck jumpers (£34) sit alongside more relaxed silhouettes, including boyfriend cardigans (£35) and double zip-up (£40) and envelope-neck styles (£38), bringing together a considered mix of colour, depth and
silhouette.

The collection also sees the return of Tu’s 100% cashmere pieces, bringing refined materials, exceptional quality and luxurious softness to accessible everyday wardrobe staples, including a classic crew-neck jumper (£69) and button-up cardigan (£75). Alongside this, brushed mohair and alpaca blends introduce rich texture through relaxed crew-neck and V-neck silhouettes (£45), as well as funnel neck cardigan shapes (£28), all brought to life in timeless neutrals and autumnal brights.

Mel Evans, Head of Womenswear Buying at Tu, says: “We know customers are looking for knitwear that combines quality, style and value, which is why we’ve significantly expanded our offer this season. Building on the success of our cashmere collection, we’ve introduced more styles across lambswool, mohair and alpaca, giving customers access to a much broader range of natural fibres and elevated everyday dressing. We’ve invested in great yarns, improved fits and contemporary silhouettes and colours, while ensuring the collection remains accessible and delivers the value our customers expect from Tu.”

Selected pieces are shoppable now with the full collection available later this Autumn online at tu.co.uk and Argos. A curated edit will also be available in selected Sainsbury’s stores nationwide. Prices start from £26 for alpaca blend, £35 for lambswool, £45 for mohair and £69 for cashmere.

Tu Clothing is available in UK sizes 6-26 and XS–XXL.
