Healthy meals challenger brand, The Gym Kitchen, is set for a bumper month of NPD launches to kick-start 2025.

The Gym Kitchen is landing a stream of exciting new additions across Chilled Meals and Food-To-Go, supported by a national outdoor and print media campaign, going live this week.

Following the success of its Frozen counterpart, a new Chilled Salt & Pepper Chicken Meal will hit Asda shelves on 2nd January. Targeting healthy foodies, each generous 400g serving is low in fat, cramming in 29g of protein, two of your five-a-day, and just 318kcal per pack.

The multi-award-winning brand is also expanding its Food-to-Go offer in Tesco with a NEW Chicken Caesar Sandwich, packed with 25g protein and only 425kcal.

Launching on 6th January, The Gym Kitchen Chicken Caesar Sandwich will be joined on Tesco Meal Deal by a NEW BBQ Chicken Bites SKU, fuelling active life-stylers, with 9g of protein and just 91kcal per 45g pot.

Two further NEW Chilled Meal offers will then launch into Tesco on 13th January. NEW SKUs include a Teriyaki Chicken meal and a Cajun Chicken dish, alongside a new listing of the brand’s Katsu Chicken Meal.

Each delicious meal is high in protein, low in fat, provides two of your five-a-day and is less than 400kcal per 400g serving.

Commenting on the flurry of January launches, The Gym Kitchen Founder, Segun Akinwoleola, said: “We are starting 2025 with a bang, and this is just the beginning of what is set to be another incredible year of NPD, with more exciting new launches over the coming weeks and months.

“The expansion of our core Chilled Meals range and our more recent stretch into Food-to-Go is testament to the strength of both offers and the phenomenal support from our retail partners, as well as our ever-growing loyal consumer base. We couldn’t be more excited to kick-start a healthy new year with this fantastic NPD stream.”
