Cox & CoxLuxury homeware brand Cox & Cox has welcomed Jan Duckworth as its new managing director.  Fresh from her role as Brand Director at Sofology, she joins the business as it enters a new era of growth in order to re-capture its leading position in this sector. Jan will focus on enhancing the customer experience, ensuring the brand remains at the forefront of the latest product trends while maintaining its reputation for high-quality, stylish homeware. Her vision for Cox & Cox centres on a positive customer experience, offering products that are easy to live with, and embedding quality across all customer touch points.
Duckworth said: “I am beyond excited to be joining this super cool, iconic brand – and that goes for the team too! Living and breathing interiors is my vibe, and we will be doubling down on customer centricity, with easy, delightful access to our brand, whilst developing more stand-out pieces that simply add that thoughtful finishing touch you can’t get anywhere else.”
Amir Khurshid, chief operations officer at Giomani Designs Ltd, which acquired Cox & Cox in 2023, said: “With her strong marketing, retail and product background, in particular within the interiors sector, Jan is the perfect choice to head up Cox & Cox as we continue to grow this incredible brand and range offering. She shares our clear vision for positioning the brand as the premium choice for aspirational furniture and decorative accessories and we are delighted to have her join the team at our Head Office in Frome, Somerset.”
Duckworth’s appointment marks an exciting chapter for Cox & Cox as it continues to innovate, expand its offerings, and reinforce its commitment to providing customers with exceptional products and experiences.
